Has it been hard?  For a long time?

Are we tired?  Worn down by the world...and worn out.  

Are we weary?

Yes...this life of following the Lord can be hard.  Can be grueling, can be leveling.  Can even (once in a teensy while) cause us to wonder if this way is worth it.  

But we mustn't give up!  

Keep on today, fellow soldier of Christ.  We can do this.  And the Lord sees us doing it.  He has seen where we are headed (eternity with Him), and God encourages us today through His Word (the Bible).

The secret to keeping-on for Christ is (simply/stoically/determinedly/stubbornly) to keep-on keeping-on for Christ.  

As for you, go your way until the end.  ~Daniel 12:13

Until the end.  

Somehow, the Lord telling us that (yes), it's going to be like this until the end...but that we must also keep going our way until the end...somehow this is empowering.  God sees us.  Sees us struggling against the brokenness of this world.  Sees us hurting because we keep getting hurt by this world.  Sees us not fitting in with the ways of this world.

Yep--this is what we're up against: a fallen world.  But the Bible reminds us today of what we are called to as God's sons and daughters.  We have a daily choice to be wise (in the midst of brokenness/sin/disappointment) and to keep on taking the opportunity to lead many to righteousness. 

It's why we're here.  

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. (19) Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (20) and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  ~Matthew 28:19-20

Keep on today.

Keep on being wise in God's ways.

Keep on reading the Bible so that we know how to be wise in God's ways.

And keep on leading many to righteousness.

It's why we're here, and although it's not easy...it will be worth it.

Are we tired today?  Worn down and worn out by the world, its people, and its ways?

Keep on today in God's way.  

As for you, go your way until the end.  ~Daniel 12:13

His way IS our way.

So, keep on today in God's way, even when it's hard.  Even when it's lonely.  Even when it's unpopular.

It's why we're here, and if we are wise and lead many to righteousness today, then we will shine as bright as the sky and we will shine like the stars forever tomorrow with the Lord.

Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever.  ~Daniel 12:3

Keep on, fellow soldier of Christ.  We can do this.  Life around us will be tumultuous sometimes. There will be ups and downs of the world, and men, and war, and power.  There will be ups and downs in family,in friends, in career, in health, in mind.  

We keep on.   We keep going God's way until the end.   

As for you, go your way until the end.  ~Daniel 12:13

Our way is God's way, brothers and sisters in Christ..keep on in it until the end.   

And blessed are those who wait and remain until the end of the 1,335 days!  ~Daniel 12:12

Keep on and remain in Christ today.  Keep on and be wise and keep leading many to righteousness today.  

“As for you, go your way until the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days, you will rise again to receive the inheritance set aside for you.”  ~Daniel 12:13

It’s never too late to turn to the Lord.   And--it’s never too late to turn back to the Lord.   Do we GET IT?   King Hezekiah GOT IT.   The people in his area (Israel) had not been following the Lord, and they had fallen away from the (God-ordained) traditions that the Lord had designed to connect His people with Himself,  like going to church (Temple), and like celebrating the festival of Passover.  So they sent a proclamation throughout all Israel...inviting everyone to come to Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover of the  Lord , the God of Israel. Ever been around boys (of any age)?  They don't concern themselves with talking about   other  boys...they are not (usually) comparative that way, and would prefer to be competitive instead.  They are often contented with jokes and sounds, rather than defaming other guys or discussing their shortfalls. But...ever been around women ( of any age )?  For some sinful reason, our conversations often seem to p ick-a-little, talk-a-little, pick some more and talk, talk, talk about other women.  We  simmer into a boil as we digress and regress into unbecoming chatter about   other  women.   It's a terrible habit and yet girls in elementary school don't need to be taught how and even elderly church biddies can't quite fully withdraw.  We all still fall to condemning others  from time to time.  We have this sinful draw to make ourselves feel good by chirping back and forth and making someone   else   feel bad. The earth is the   Lord ’s, and everything in it.   The world and all its people belong to him.   (2)  For he laid the earth’s foundation on the seas  and built it on the ocean depths.   ~Psalm 24:1-2 We belong to Him, but also…our world belongs to Him: and  everything in it .   Everything.   Every tree and flower, every person, every pelican, everything.
