Was it you, Sharon?  It must have been you, Melanie.  I have a hunch it was you, Judi.  Or maybe it was Amy or Sylvia.  It might have been you, Dad, or I wouldn't be surprised if it was you, Wayne.  Possibly my sibling or it could have been you, Cheryle.

Which one of you was it?

I know it was someone...and maybe it was a number of someones.

Was it you?

...Have you been praying for us?

I felt the results last night.

And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. (4) Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. (5) Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity.  ~Colossians 4:3-5

Which one of you prayed for usThat God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ?

I know that someone prayed for it, because last night God opened a door for our message (which is HIS message), so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ.

We had a back-to-school open house at one of the schools in our district last night, and God opened a door for our Christian student fellowship group to have a table with group-information and Bibles...and candy.  Lots and lots of candy.

You must have prayed for God to open that door, because He did, and parents and students walked right in.  They took information, and they took candy.  And while they hunted for "their" piece of candy in the bowl, we shared weekly meeting times, and warm invites, and told them how much fun the group is, and how delicious the snacks are.

Thanks for praying for us, too, that God may open a door for our message: They asked for Bibles (Yes, and take an extra to give away!).

Thanks for praying for us, too, that God may open a door for our messageThey told us that they were going to call the school office to find out how to get involved with this Bible group, and then...here we were.

Thanks for praying for us, too, that God may open a door for our message: They told us that their son wears the (Christian) t-shirt all the time that he won last year from our Christian (public school) group.

Thanks for praying for us, too, that God may open a door for our message: They told us that they have two children (now) at that school that are new to the district, and transferring in from a Christian school.

Thanks for praying for us, too, that God may open a door for our message: Teachers I never knew were Believers and others that I had never met shared stories of their faith and encouragement with us.

God opened a door last night...because someone prayed for it to be so.

Thank you for praying for us--that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ.

We did just that last night, and we intend to do it every week of the school year.

Keep praying!  It's working!

Pray that we may proclaim it clearly, as we should (Colossians 4:4).

~~~
I don't know which one of you it was that prayed for us, but thank you.
And...I've been praying for you too: that God may open a door for His message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ.
I've been praying that you may proclaim it clearly, as we should.
I've been praying that you (we!) would be wise in the way we act toward outsiders; making the most of every opportunity (Colossians 4:3-5).
I have been praying these things for you, and us.
And it's working.  God hears our prayers and they pave the way, His Way.
