What are we wondering about today?

What situation is stewing in our spirit without resolution (yet)?

Have we asked (and prayed) for an answer, and still we are not sure?

What shall we do?  Will God show up?  Is the Lord aware of our questions and quandaries today?

The Bible suggests (and confirms): Yes.  And God answers our questions by providing us with (Scriptural) proof of His processes.

Whatever we are asking God about today...we can trust that He is in process with it.  We might not receive a Heavenly "yay" or "neigh" today, but we can be sure that God has a plan and process for us and our lives, because He has a plan and process for everything.

I was praying for direction and I was quiet in my quandary...and instead of answering me specifically, God's Word reminded me that He is in control of everything.  Not just my (and our) processes, but every created process.  If our Heavenly Father established the world, the waters, and plants for people to use, then we can trust that He has a process and is IN process with our current situations.

You placed the world on its foundation so it would never be moved.

(6) You clothed the earth with floods of water, water that covered even the mountains. (7) At your command, the water fled; at the sound of your thunder, it hurried away. (8) Mountains rose and valleys sank to the levels you decreed. (9) Then you set a firm boundary for the seas, so they would never again cover the earth.

You make springs pour water into the ravines, so streams gush down from the mountains. (11) They provide water for all the animals...

(13) You send rain on the mountains from your heavenly home, and you fill the earth with the fruit of your labor. (14) You cause grass to grow for the livestock and plants for people to use.   ~Psalm 104:5-11, 13-14

God's processes are ordained by Him.  He does all of the things listed above.  He knows when to, how to, and why to, because He is in authority over nature's processes and ours.

Are we wondering today?

Is there a situation stewing in our spirit without resolution today?

Are we ready to submit the question (fully) to God?  Are we praying for direction, and are our hearts quiet in quandary?

Then, here is our answer, and it comes not-at-all as we supposed, but just as God intended.

Our answer to today's issue can be found in the proof of God's past-processes and in our trust of God's track record.

You placed the world on its foundation so it would never be moved.  ~Psalm 104:5

If He placed the world on its foundation, then surely He will keep us on track.  Trust in God's processes today.

You clothed the earth with floods of water, water that covered even the mountains. (7) At your command, the water fled; at the sound of your thunder, it hurried away. (8) Mountains rose and valleys sank to the levels you decreed. (9) Then you set a firm boundary for the seas, so they would never again cover the earth.  ~Psalm 104:6-9

If our Lord and intelligent Creator made all the waters of the earth, the mountains and valleys, and the boundaries in between: then He can and will AND IS drawing our boundaries and is Master over unknowns.  Trust in God's processes today.

You make springs pour water into the ravines, so streams gush down from the mountains. (11) They provide water for all the animals...  ~Psalm 104:10-11

If our Heavenly Father provides a process for all the animals to have water, then surely He will quench the thirsty areas of our heart and mind.  Trust in God's processes today.

You made the moon to mark the seasons, and the sun knows when to set.  ~Psalm 104:19

Our omniscient Lord ordains the seasons each year and the daily setting of the sun.  How can we not realize that we are a priority on His holy daily docket?  He gave His Son for us.  He loves us and His hand guides our seasons too.  Trust in God's processes today.

You send the darkness, and it becomes night, when all the forest animals prowl about... (22) At dawn they slink back into their dens to rest. (23) Then people go off to their work, where they labor until evening.  ~Psalm 104:20, 22-23

Trust in God's processes today.  The Lord has ordered the sun, moon, and stars as well as the habits and routines of wildlife.  He knows our daily activities and aspirations too.  He holds us in the palm of His hand.  We can trust in God's Word today.  We can trust in His (since the beginning of time) track record of holding things in place.  We can find hope and proof in His Word.  Trust in God's processes today.
