Maybe people think we are nice.  Maybe some people think we are good.  Maybe someone wonders where we get our patience.  Perhaps we do not do/partake/support all that the world does/and partakes-in/and supports--and maybe they wonder why?

God encourages (instructs!) us to pull back the curtain on our faith in Him today.

What if today we revealed to others who we are because of our faith in Jesus Christ?

What if we shared why we, and our lives look a little different?

God is different than the world, and His ways are not like the ways of this (broken) world.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.  (9) “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.  ~Isaiah 55:8-9

But following the Lord's instructions will change our lives...for the better, and we know that.  Why don't we get bold about sharing that today?

Stop blending in.

By day--We look just like everyone else--and: in appearance, and in physical nature--we are.  But spiritually--the Bible, and our Lord encourage us, and even entice us today-- to be different than the world.  (What good is it if someone gains the whole world but loses their soul? Or what can anyone trade for their soul?  ~Matthew 16:26).

God affirms us to engage in our supernatural abilities in partnership with Him...to step away from the normalcies and the superficialities of this world, and to step in to the supremacy of God and his super-natural capabilities in us and for us.

We look like everyone else (and we are like everyone else), but once we come to know God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ, we are not like everyone else. We are supernaturally human, because we have the Holy Spirit living within us.

My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.  ~Galatians 2:20

Do others possibly wonder about our peace, or see something "good" in us?  Peel back the buttoned-up shirt around our lives and let's bear the symbol of Christ that (upon inviting Him into our hearts) has been seared into our spirit.

Let's get bold today and reveal to others whose kingdom we are living-for and the hope that we have is not just for us...God invites everyone to believe in Him...but how will they know about God unless we tell them?

Walk in God's ways today and be bold about sharing his hope.  There is a world full of people who are wondering and wandering...and they are seeking truth.

Questions will not carry them to salvation, but learning about the love of the Lord from someone bold enough to share it, and accepting Christ into their heart--will move anyone and everyone from the natural life into the extraordinary and supernatural experience of life-in-Christ.

We are not superheroes, but we serve a God who is super human, supernatural, and super in-love with us.  He's given us a life-manual and it's called the Bible.  If we will walk with integrity and follow His instructions, we will look different, and we will experience the Lord's supernatural influence over our lives.

Psalm 119:1-8

(1) Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord

(2) Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.

(3) They do not compromise with evil, and they walk only in his paths.

(4) You have charged us to keep your commandments carefully.

(5) Oh, that my actions would consistently reflect your decrees!

(6) Then I will not be ashamed when I compare my life with your commands.

(7) As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should!

 (8) I will obey your decrees.  Please don’t give up on me!  ~Psalm 119:1-8
